Common questions
Are blank days counted as neutral?
No. Blank days are unrecorded and are excluded from the recorded-day count.
Does this diagnose a mood condition?
No. It is a personal record of the labels you choose, not a clinical assessment.
Will my calendar be saved?
Your marks stay in page memory while you use the tool. Changing months keeps them in this open page, but leaving or reloading clears them. Download a PDF before leaving if you want to keep a copy.
Can I print a blank mood tracker?
Yes. Choose a month and Download blank PDF for a 210 × 297 mm A4 calendar. Print at actual size, then draw faces inside the circles. Blank downloads do not clear your on-screen marks.
